Mr. Pforr is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of M-tron Industries, Inc.
Prior to joining Mtron, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of IronNet, Inc. (NYSE: IRNT). He also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., a cybersecurity company focused on the federal and enterprise markets; Director of Driving Dynamics Inc., a driver education company focused on fleet drivers; Vice President - Strategy and Corporate Development of Jenzabar, Inc., a leading enterprise resource planning ("ERP") company servicing the higher education market; Senior Vice President - Business and Corporate Development of Permabit, Inc., a software-as-a-service company acquired by Red Hat, Inc.; President and Chief Financial Officer of WhipTail Technologies LLC, a pioneering flash array company acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc.; Managing Director of Revolution Partners LLC, a technology investment bank; Co-Founder of Mustang Capital Partners, LLC, a secondary private equity fund; and Director - Technology Investment Banking at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Inc.
Mr. Pforr brings a wealth of operating experience building technology-enabled companies and creating shareholder value. He also has considerable investment and advisory experience garnered at Bain & Co., Mustang Capital, and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.
Mr. Pforr is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance; the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master of Arts in International Studies; and the College of William and Mary, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
