Mr. Drafts is President of M-tron Industries, Inc.
Mr. Drafts joined Mtron in November 2019 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Drafts served as Vice President - General Manager, Imaging Division, of FLIR Systems, Inc., a world leader in thermal imaging; Vice President - General Manager of Microsensor Systems, Inc., the world leader in surface acoustic wave ("SAW") chemical sensors and instrumentation; and Division Manager of F. W. Bell, the world leader in magnetic sensors and instrumentation.
Mr. Drafts earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and earned both a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Mr. Drafts has eleven technical publications and holds three U.S. patents.
